The Body Temple complex, located at Lake House – The Club, is a state of the art fitness facility equipped with the latest gear. The gym is divided into zones: weight training area, functional training, cardio, stretching, synergy circuit training, in addition to 2 aerobic studios and a spinning room equipped with Life Fitness Brand bikes. The weight training area is equipped with Life Fitness Machinery. The facility also features Male/Female lockers, Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi, kids area and health bars.
